What does it cost?

It depends on what you need. After the free call you get a fixed-price proposal in plain language: a one-off price for workshops and websites, a monthly fee for assistants we run for you. No surprises later.

How long until it is up and running?

Most assistants and automations go live within a few weeks. We start with one clearly defined task, so you see results early and can decide what comes next.

Is our data safe? What about the GDPR?

Yes. We work GDPR-compliant, host in the EU and sign a data processing agreement (AVV) with you. Your data is never used to train AI models.

Do we need technical knowledge?

No. We take care of setup, integration and maintenance. Your team gets a short training and a real person to call when something comes up.

What if the AI makes a mistake?

You decide what the assistant may do on its own. Anything important, like quotes or unusual replies, waits for your approval, and every action is logged.

Which tools do you work with?

Common ones like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, DATEV, HubSpot, lexoffice and Shopify, plus most tools that offer an interface (API). If yours is unusual, we will tell you honestly in the first call.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we recommend it. Start with one assistant or automation, and add more once it has proven itself in your day-to-day.

What does the EU AI Act mean for us?

We build assistants to be transparent: people know when they are talking to AI, and you get documentation of what each assistant does and which data it uses.
